The Vineyard Church is making childhood nutrition accessible through their Feed My Starving Children partnership, where just 106 dollars feeds a child a meal every day for an entire year. Executive Pastor Ben Taylor points out that most people cannot even complete a single grocery store trip for that amount, yet because of the organization’s scale and scope, they can provide year-round nutrition to children worldwide at this remarkably low cost. This year, the church aims to raise 129,000 dollars to feed 1,200 kids, inviting businesses and community members to participate not only as volunteers but as sponsors. Each volunteer packs approximately 80 dollars worth of food during the event, creating both a meaningful team bonding experience and a tangible contribution to ending childhood hunger globally.
